British Bitters

Three & Sixpence

During the Great War, a soldier’s family received a separation allowance of just three shillings and sixpence, collected from the local post office — a small comfort while their loved one was away in France.

Inspired by that spirit of resilience and simplicity, this modern session ale delivers far more than its modest strength suggests.

Bold and full of flavour, it’s brewed to be enjoyed pint after pint. Expect a vibrant hit of tropical sweetness balanced by a clean citrus bitterness, all carried on a light malt base with just a hint of caramel. As you sip, the sweetness lingers, building into a long, satisfying finish — a beer that offers comfort and character in equal measure.

Pirate

Some people are born traders — the kind who can buy and sell in any port, charm in any language, and leave you counting your fingers after a handshake. Modern-day pirates, if ever there were.

This beer is inspired by the Royal Fleet Auxiliary crews I met while stationed in Gibraltar — expert logisticians and natural dealers, keeping the Royal Navy stocked with everything from fuel to chocolate bars, wherever in the world they were needed. Just like them, this beer is practical, reliable, and full of quiet character.

A traditional English bitter, it’s lightly hopped with subtle floral notes on the nose. The malt-forward palate is joined by hints of spice and ripe fruit, while an earthy hop bitterness adds balance before fading gently in a short, clean finish. A straight-talking pint with no need for bravado — just well-earned flavour

Style : Best Bitter
Colour : 15-20 EBC

Gaucho

Shepherding sheep on horseback across the windswept Falklands — with nothing but a sheepskin for a saddle — we felt like true Gauchos, driving thousands of sheep across the same desolate ground the troops once yompt to reach Port Stanley. It was a tough, raw land, but full of beauty and quiet purpose.

This beer is a tribute to those rugged days — robust, grounded, and deeply satisfying. The malty, slightly roasted aroma carries hints of dark fruit, setting the stage for a full-bodied ale with a solid malt backbone and a gentle undercurrent of hop bitterness. Notes of forest fruits emerge across the palate, leading to a lingering, bittersweet finish that’s both bold and beautifully balanced. A beer for those who appreciate depth, character, and a story behind the pin

Style : Premium Bitter
Colour : 25-30 EBC
ABV : 4.6% vol
Malt : Crystal 150, Crystal 400, Chocolate, Patent Black, Venture, Wheat

Wiltshires' Tipsy Farmers

A celebration of all that’s glorious about our beloved Wiltshire — the fields, the farmers, and the unsung heroes who work the land to grow the barley and wheat that ends up malted just down the road in Warminster. This pint is for them. Cheers to the farmers.

Brewed with a nod to the New World, WTF features subtly expressive American hops delivering notes of mango and tangerine, laid over a classic biscuit malt foundation. As you sip, a clean dry-hop bitterness rises to the surface, leaving a short but moreish finish that brings you back for another.

Bright, balanced, and proudly local — this is Wiltshire's True Flavour. No fuss.

Urban
Legend

When we first began delivering into Bristol, I was struck by the energy of the city — the creativity of its independent traders, the colour of its markets, and the bold street art that seemed to spill across every wall. From Banksy’s iconic pieces to lesser-known murals tucked down side streets, the city felt alive with expression.

This beer is our tribute to that spirit — bold, vibrant, and full of character. A refreshing and balanced golden ale, it opens with light malt and gentle citrus hop aromas that carry through onto the palate. Soft citrus notes play against a smooth malty backbone, while a crisp, dry bitterness leaves a clean, satisfying finish that lingers just long enough to tempt another sip.

A pint made for kicking back, soaking up the scene, and raising a glass to creativity in every form

Every bar has one — that familiar face always propped at the counter, ready with a story, a smile, and a helping hand. A natural storyteller, a friendly soul, a bit of a legend. This beer is for them — the everyday cowboys who bring a bit of bonhomie wherever they go.

Inspired by the New England Pale Ale style but brewed without the haze, Cowboy is a bright, premium golden ale packed with personality. A blend of American hops delivers a bold fresh fruit salad aroma, while a touch of sweet malt provides balance. On the palate, you’ll find a juicy cocktail of fruit flavours, with a rising hop bitterness that builds toward a clean, satisfying finish.

Easygoing, memorable, and full of charm — just like the characters it honours
